REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that return or exchanges due to Change of Mind are NOT allowed. Exchange requests are only applicable under the following conditions, and are subjected to INCIO HOME approval:

  1. Products with manufacturing defect
  2. Products are not washed and no smells
  3. Exchange request is only valid within 15 days of delivery date
  4. For non-quality issues exchange or return, the shipping costs will be on the buyer
  5. Products are in original packaging, with original tags intact.


If the product has a quality problem, please take a photo and send it to customerservice@inciohome.com before you proceed with the return or exchange procedure. 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To raise an exchange request, please email customer service and provide the order number, and reason for any returns and exchanges. Please understand the return delivery charges that might incur.

For products with manufacturing defects, INCIO HOME will inspect the condition of the returned products before proceeding to reimburse the relevant items within 14 working days of receiving your returned package.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS

After INCIO HOME inspects the returned product in good condition, we will begin the refund procedure.

Different payment methods will have different procedures.
Payment through:

  • FPX
  • Duitnow
  • Boost

Will directly return to the account of payment. The process may take up to 3 to 5 working days, due to the bank procedure.

Payment through:

  • Touch'n Go
  • Grabpay (Malaysia)

Will need to provide:

  • Your full name
  • Amount of Refund
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Name of the Bank
  • Bank Card Number

The process may take up to 10 working days, due to the bank procedure.
