ORDERS

How do I track my order?
You can track your order status under "My Account". An email confirmation will also be sent once your order has been shipped out.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
You can only modify or cancel your order before it reaches the final stages of preparation for dispatch.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please immediately contact us with your order number and your request at customerserivce@inciohome.com. We will process your order modification or cancellation within 3 working days.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Which courier company do you use?
At INCIO HOME, all orders will be delivered with DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee will depend on your address, you can find the exact shipping cost at the checkout page.

However, INCIO HOME offers FREE SHIPPING within West Malaysia on all orders above RM 100.
Can I purchase items for delivery outside of Malaysia?
INCIO HOME online commerce store is only available within Malaysia and only accepts Malaysia addresses at the moment. 

We are looking forward to expanding to other regions, please let us know where you want to see us.
What is the estimated delivery time?

2 to 7 working days

What is the return and exchange policy?

Please note that returns or exchanges due to Change of Mind are NOT allowed. Exchange requests are only applicable under the following conditions, and are subject to INCIO HOME approval:

  1. Products with manufacturing defect
  2. Products are not washed and no smells
  3. Exchange request is only valid within 15 days of the delivery date
  4. For non-quality issues exchange or return, the shipping costs will be on the buyer
  5. Products are in original packaging, with original tags intact.

If the product has a quality problem, please take a photo and send it to customerservice@inciohome.com before you proceed with the return or exchange procedure.
How should I apply for refund/return, and how long will it takes?
After contacting customerservice@inciohome.com and proceeding to the return or refund process, INCIO HOME will need some information to carry out the procedure.

Different payment methods will have different procedures.
Payment through:
  • FPX
  • Duitnow
  • Boost
Will directly return to the account of payment. The process may take up to 3 to 5 working days, due to the bank procedure.

Payment through:
  • Touch'n Go
  • Grabpay (Malaysia)
Will need to provide:
  • Your full name
  • Amount of Refund
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Name of the Bank
  • Bank Card Number
The process may take up to 10 working days, due to the bank procedure.
